Scott Proctor was born and raised in Harrisburg Pennsylvania, and retired from the Marine Corp after 20 years. Married to Stacy for 15 years and has 4 kids. He is a true family man and no stranger to dedication.
Scott and Stacy first moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina in 1996 and have been moved overseas twice but have always come back to Jacksonville. Now living in Hubert in a home purchased from CENTURY 21 Champion Real Estate, Scott is ready and eager to give back to his home community.
